The initiative has been taken in order to serve and provide health check-up facilities to the poor pregnant or lactating mothers and their children at free of cost. Every Sunday at Promadnagar near Dum Dum Cantonment the children and mothers, belong to the poverty stricken families , are treated served by the experienced doctors and they are also helped by giving free medicines. Nutritious food and fruits are also given to them at free of cost.
